PRINCIPAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST
DAN ROGERS
Dan is a highly experienced physiotherapist and Director/Principal Physiotherapist at Mt. Buller Physiotherapy clinic. He is a member of the OWIA Medical Team Network, specializing in acute sporting injuries. With a personal history of a severe knee injury, Dan has developed expertise in ankle, knee, shoulder, and back injuries. He excels in post-operative rehabilitation, facilitating quick recovery and functional well-being.
Dan's passion lies in managing acute and chronic pain through exercise rehabilitation and empowering patients through SMART goal setting. This approach accelerates pain reduction, and injury severity, and aids future injury prevention.
Throughout his career, Dan has treated elite athletes in various sports such as basketball, netball, field hockey, Australian Rules Football, soccer, and snow sports. He has extensive experience with the Australian Winter Teams, providing treatment in disciplines like snowboard cross, ski cross, freestyle skiing (moguls, aerials, slopestyle, big air), and freestyle snowboarding (slopestyle, big air). Recently, Dan served as a physiotherapist for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympic Games, supporting teams in short-track speed skating, figure skating, curling, and cross country.
Dan's vast experience, specialized knowledge, and dedication to patient care make him a valuable asset in physiotherapy, particularly in sports-related injuries.

PHYSIOTHERAPIST
ALYSSA BELL
Alyssa is a dedicated physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor's in Exercise and Sport Science (Exercise Physiology) and a Master’s in Physiotherapy. She began her career at a private physiotherapy clinic in Brisbane, specializing in sports physiotherapy and musculoskeletal injuries. Alyssa has extensive experience in diagnosing and treating conditions like neck pain, lower back pain, and shoulder, knee, and ankle injuries. She has worked with athletes in the QAFL, VFL, and AFLW, providing acute injury management, sports rehabilitation, and injury prevention. Alyssa is passionate about helping patients achieve optimal recovery through personalized physiotherapy and exercise rehabilitation programs. Outside of work, she enjoys an active lifestyle, often hiking, running, swimming, or surfing. Alyssa’s commitment to patient care and her expertise in sports injury rehabilitation make her a valuable asset to our physiotherapy team.

FRASER HILLIER
Graduating with a Master’s in Physiotherapy from La Trobe University, Fraser is a skilled private practice physiotherapist based in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. He specializes in musculoskeletal and sporting injuries, providing expert care for various conditions. Fraser adeptly manages post-surgical recovery, neurological conditions, and chronic pain, using techniques such as manual therapy, strengthening exercises, and reformer Pilates. His sports physiotherapy experience includes working with the De La Salle Football Club, where he handled acute injuries and supported athletes’ recovery. Dedicated to helping patients achieve their health goals, Fraser focuses on shoulder and knee issues, drawing from his personal injury experiences. Outside of work, Fraser enjoys playing hockey and is a passionate supporter of the Richmond Football Club. He also loves to travel, having backpacked across multiple continents, embracing diverse cultures and building meaningful connections.
